Check-in was easy, the room and bathroom were very clean, albeit dated and worn - but I will take cleanliness over new furniture/fittings. The beds were very comfortable and warm. Lots of hot water. For what we paid, it was decent value for money.

Lovely room albeit a little cold at first but was given an electric heater so that was fine. Lovely, friendly staff, loved the location. Lost a star for cleanliness, did not clean rooms properly otherwise we had a lovely stay, would recommend.

Beautiful hotel. The grounds were lovely, long private drive up to the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy, bathroom was a bit small but clean and nicely laid out with everything needed to hand. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. We will be going back for a longer stay soon.

Beautiful, well maintained manor. Staff were very nice and helpful. Food at the bar was great, loved the Caesar salad. Room was beautiful and well appointed. Bed was so comfortable, didn't want to get up in the morning. Loved the bathroom! It was large, nicely (classically) decorated, and the rain shower head was great. Would loved to stay again!

We took the bus which means you’ll have a serious 15 minute ish walk to the hotel with last but up a steep hill but we’re young and knew what we signed up for. The grounds are beautiful and the room was great. The staff were super friendly and kinda. Great time would do again but if you have bad knees drive or rent a different hotel

This is a lovely hotel set in quiet countryside close to the small town of Leixlip. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room we had was very large, we were told it was the bridal suite. Food in the bar was very good. We stayed two nights only as we were touring, but it would make a good base.

Nice old manor with beautiful gardens

Old manor with beautiful gardens, located on a small hill at the outskirts of Dublin. Walking distance to restaurants and busses. We had a small room in the courtyard, which was nicely renovated. Calm and relaxing environment, while still so close to the city of Dublin.

We loved our stay here and look forward to returning for another night at the end of our trip. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, set in a wonderful park with huge trees, and our courtyard room at the end of the driveway was very convenient. It really feels like a manor house.

Hear talking in general other rooms too clearly

Was good stay , relatively relaxing apart from hearing people but to clearly talking in other rooms in the yard section of the hotel rooms. But service and staff were very pleasant and helpful.
