"Location was great. The hotel was close to central shopping areas and tram stops. Hotel Flora was able to check us in earlier than expected. Unfortunately, we visited Gothenburg during an exceptionally hot few days and the room did not have an AC unit. The room safe was also locked so we were not able to use it. Additionally, the shared nespresso machine for the floor had mold in its water tank so we did not use it."

They mention that the reception desk is staffed limited hours. I never saw anyone there, and i must have passed by 10-12 times at various times of the day.
