I really love the hotel. Friendly staff, clean room and very convenient location. Breakfast was amazing too. I wish I could've had more time to enjoy breakfast and the facilities. I will definitely go back there to stay.

The hotel has the best location in Gothenburg. All is very clean and well looked after. The breakfast buffet is great. Only negative is the attitude of the staff serving the breakfast. They were not very friendly and welcoming. Everything else was great. Will certainly be staying at this hotel during my next trips to Gothenburg.

Excellent location. Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Reception staff excellent. Hotel room a bit tired, eg. hooks pulled off the door. Poor refreshments, just one coffee per person. Cleaning team, didn’t replace everything every day, one day coffee, one day conditioner etc. 2 days came back to room late afternoon and it hadn’t been cleaned

Typical 3 star hotel really. In need of some upgrades as it is a bit old an tired. They don’t change sheets everyday for some reason. We had the same bloodstains on bed sheets two days in a row as proof. Breakfast is ok. «Pool»i s super small.

Nice breakfast and expensive parking

Overall a comfortable hotel in the city with a short walk to amusement park and city center. Unfortunately there was an occational foul smell from the bathroom that the cleaning staff was unable to rid. Hotel staff was nice and helpful, and the bed comfortable, the pillows were not and we kept forgetting to ask for the pillow menu as it seemed you had to go to the front desk to ask for that. We had breakfast included, it was very nice and varied and most staff was super helpful, but I couldn't help notice that their floor boss was not a pleasant person for them to deal with, and very rude to staff. Parking was horribly expensive, their "offer"was actually more expensive than the Lorensberg parking around the corner, but none of them reasonable for a two night stay. I could almost have paid for an extra room instead, which is ridiculous...

3/5 – Room had potential but cleaning was lacking

We stayed one night at Elite Hotel and were given room 231, located in the older part of the building. Unfortunately, the room hadn’t been properly cleaned – dust bunnies and unclean surfaces lowered the overall impression. The bed was fairly comfortable (3/5), and the AC worked well, keeping the room cool and fresh. The bathroom was clean but lacked a door lock, which my daughter found disappointing. Breakfast was decent. The scrambled eggs were tasty and enhanced by red onion, cheese, and chives – a nice touch. The pancakes were good, but the whipped cream was overbeaten. The area was crowded, and the lack of music made it hard to relax. Overall: 3/5 for breakfast. We checked in late (around 11 PM) and only stayed one night, so we didn’t explore much else. However, it was clear that our room was in the hotel’s older section, which felt somewhat neglected.
