Amazing place for families. The room was clean and spacious for our family of 4 and staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast selection was really good. The kids loved the slide next to the lobby, the play room and the carasouel. Right on the doorstep of the amusement park which was really convenient for us.

Great location for the theme park and the decor of the hotel is very interesting and fun. The kids loved the play areas in reception and the slide. Breakfast is a bit chaotic and you can feel how full the hotel is at that point. The rooms and bunk beds are super comfy and the bathroom lovely.

Had a wonderful 4 nights at the hotel, very child friendly, clean spacious rooms, could do with a few drawers but other than that very good. Excellent choice at breakfast, plenty of activities for children to do. Would recommend for families.

Breakfast was amazing every morning for the whole family. A great variety including all kinds of fresh bread loaf, oatmeal, omelet, sausage, fruits, crêpes, juices, cappuccino, espresso. The interior design was like kid's dream come true. The room was comfortable, with bunkbeds for the kids.

Finally, a hotel that caters to families of 5! A great family room with triple bunks in a little alcove. Cosy and fun for the kids, right outside the entrance to Liseberg amusement park.

Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean, excellent amenities for kids and adults. Think this would be a five star hotel anywhere. Every member of staff was lovely and quickly adapted to perfect english whenever we showed how poor our Swedish was. Breakfast was extremely varied and lovely. Location next to the theme park is perfect and overall the hotel is just a bit magical. Highly recommend will come again

What a wonderful experience at the Liseberg Grand Curiosa Hotel! From the unique decorations to the friendly staff, everything was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a family-friendly place to stay right next to the Liseberg amusement park.We had breakfast at the top-floor restaurant, which offers beautiful views of the city and the park, though keep in mind it must be booked in advance each morning. The children's sleeping area in the room is an added bonus, featuring bunk beds and an extra pull-out bed at the bottom. Additionally, you can easily take the trams to explore other parts of Gothenburg. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Everything was good except no air conditioning so we couldn’t sleep as it was hot and they had only fan installed. Do not recommend it in the summer but excellent otherwise

A magical experience. The hotel is very nicely decorated and offers fun extra things for kids, such as a big slide, playing areas, a movie theatre with films for kids and a carousel. Excellent, clean rooms. A very nice restaurant at the rooftop. Breakfast was also good (not magnificent, but still good). Totally recommend the hotel, which is right next to Liseberg entrance. Very friendly staff. Will definitely visit again.

True gem of our broader travels across Scandinavia. We loved the hotel and were pleasantly surprised to learn it came with free admission to Liseberg park for the evening we checked in. Otherwise we hadn’t planned on going given our limited time in Sweden but this made the choice easy and we enjoyed a few hours in what turned out to be an amazing thrill ride experience across different attractions. For those who are familiar the best parallel I can draw is if magic mountain / six flags were combined with Disneyland.

Excellent would definitely return. Only minor thing was the buffet evening meal, we had it twice and it was the same both nights, could have been more varied and better quality.

Second time I’ve stayed here; both times in conjunction with visiting Liseberg. + Location + quite inside the room/comfortable beds + good breakfast selection and cozy rooftop bar + Incredibly helpful and friendly staff - Too many small kids running around. Had a room on the second floor and kids who were in line to the slide regularly blocked getting to our corridor. Understandable considering the hotel but the lobby was not a cozy place to be sitting anytime before 20:00 (8 pm). - some things felt dated/worn vs my last visit two years ago. Light in room that flickered from soft to very bright, small things in the room which didn’t seem as “brand new”

We have had 8 amazing nights in this superb hotel. Without exception the staff are approachable, friendly and professional. Spotless rooms - a little dated but perfectly adequate and also super quiet. Very family friendly but plenty of quiet nooks to read a book in! I have no hesitation in recommending it 100%
