Beautiful hotel, had a great stay, it is a bit of a walk to the centre of town, about 25 mins, but otherwise excellent, the breakfast spread is probably the best I’ve seen anywhere and I’ve travelled a lot. Overall excellent.

Jacy'z loves up tk the hype and more!

What can I say.. This hotel certainly lives up to the Hype this drew me to book Jacy'z. Booked an overnight stay with use of spa. Decor is out of this world, facilities, great music in general areas. Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great stay and only improvements would be a phone in the room as if anything wrong in room you have to physically go to reception. Everyone getting spa time at the same time of day is too much and should be spread out to avoid crowding. I would point this out at check in and offer upgrades at that point if required.

Trendy cool hotel

Jacy’s is the cool place to stay and hang out. Very young and trendy vibe. Pool area outside very popular with the locals and residents. Didn’t have time to try the spa sadly as there were time slots and ours didn’t fit with our plans. Reception was slow! Only 2 people on the desks and lots checking in and locals paying to use the outdoor pool. More staff required at busy times. Parking in underground lot next door. Pay asap through the app as they are quick to give you a ticket. The app doesn’t recognise UK number plates, so we struggled and ended up with a parking ticket. The hotel were not helpful to assist with this as they are not associated with the parking apps. Rooms are small, but have a very comfortable bed. Great cocktails served downstairs. Included breakfast was excellent, lots of choice (including chilli con carne?!) The restaurant upstairs is excellent, we had a lovely meal with attentive service and a great view. Overall a good stay and would visit again if coming to Gothenburg.

Great experience. Only stayed at the hotel for 1 night but I tried to experience majority of things going on. Part of my night included two hours in their pool club, access to steam room, sauna, heated pool(s), service on day beds. Although because it does get quite busy it's hard to get a day bed near the upstairs pool, but if you want quiet there is a fire room away from the pool which has an ample amount of day beds. Staying in the medium JQ room which is higher up in the building, great design, able to cast to TV, and connect to Bluetooth speaker, mini bar (prices weren't too bad). Bed was interesting, it was a little softer than I would like but that's down to personal preference. Didn't get to experience the JQ bar, I believe it's closed certain days of the week. Had dinner at the Gogogaga restaurant, wasn't really a fan of the food. The drinks were good. Drinks at the lobby bar was nice, background music and can play games with friends I definitely would stay again. I would like to try the large rooms, and try the Jacyz rooms (which are lower in the building so don't have much of a view but are cheaper)

Fine, though less than expected.

The hotel room was nice, though we stayed in the JQ upper floors, and there the rooms, for example, did not have drawers in the night stands, didn´t have much closet space, did not provide additional toiletries, etc. Overall the room was pretty but very basic in its functionalities. The breakfast was really good, which we enjoyed. Would be nice to have more vegan and lactose free options. The spa was also very basic, with one dry and one steam sauna, and a couple of pools. The warm pool was VERY unhygienic with dirt specs floating all around. This is the main reason for my lower grade of the hotel. We also did not like the feeling of so many add-ons. Stay longer for x amount of money, take the robe for x amount of money, etc etc. One gets the feeling of being commodified and like they´re after your money.

The rooms were spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. The spa was wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable — I only wish they offered treatments as well. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here!

Levde ikke opp til forventningene.

Vi hadde store forventninger til dette hotellet, som nok ikke helt ble innfridd. Rommet var fint, men sengen kunne vært bedre. Frokosten var rotete og kjedelig. Det var flere stasjoner med forskjellige typer mat i forskjellige rom. Varmmat et sted, iskaffe og frukt et annet og yoghurt og brødmat et tredje. Kunne ønsket at de hadde en kaffemaskin i det minste, så man kunne fått en cappuccino til frokost.

Super bra hotell med bra läge. Frukosten hade allt och lite till! Takbar med magnifik utsikt och väldigt trevlig personal. Rummen är inte så stora men räcker att sova i.

Fint hotell och trevlig personal. God frukost. Minus: väldens högsta kuddar så man vaknar med nackspärr. ”gratispoolen” var kall som tusan. Spa högst upp fint och fräscht men ganska dyrt (350ish per person för 2 timmar)

Superhotel.

Vilket superhotel. Vi är vana "hotelresenärer" och jacys är nog d bästa vi bott på. Personalen är supertrevlig rakt igenom, och vår son på 10år älskade alla aktiviteter som fanns. Både pingis, biljard, och att kasta ärtpåsar. I check och utcheck gick smidigt. Maten i lobbybaren va kanon och rummet det bästa vi legat på. Rejält rymligt och jättegoa sängar. Finns absolut ingenting att klaga på. Stort tack för en kanonvistelse.

Mycket trevligt hotell med familjär känsla även om det är stort. Överlag en lite mer avkopplande känsla än många andra stora hotell. Trevligt spa och god frukost. Poolen på våning 3 är fullpackad med folk från tidig morgon om det är fint väder.
