"I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure London Bridge. The bed was so comfortable that it was sometimes challenging to get out and explore 😎. The room was a very good size, it was clean and nice amenities. It is within walking distance to the tube to easily get around the city. A special thanks to Marie for being a friendly, hospitable and gracious host helping to address any questions I had. Got to the hotel and the first thing the receptionist said to us was “Oh your reservation is cancelled due to renovations” but they couldnt bother to send a simple email letting us to prior to arriving. After a few hours on the phone Expedia luckily managed to book as at a different lovely property but it was a very unnecessary experience.
