"I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure London Bridge. The bed was so comfortable that it was sometimes challenging to get out and explore 😎. The room was a very good size, it was clean and nice amenities. It is within walking distance to the tube to easily get around the city. A special thanks to Marie for being a friendly, hospitable and gracious host helping to address any questions I had. "These apartments are in a great location. They were quiet, clean and the two bedroom was large and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Prices below what we expected to pay for London. Check in, check out was easy and quick."

"Had our reservation booked and confirmed for 2 months. Got to the hotel and the first thing the receptionist said to us was “Oh your reservation is cancelled due to renovations” but they couldnt bother to send a simple email letting us to prior to arriving. After a few hours on the phone Expedia luckily managed to book as at a different lovely property but it was a very unnecessary experience.
