Front desk staff was SO helpful. I was able to check in a little early, and upon checkout they called a cab for me (currently walking with a cane, so I fit into a cab better than an Uber) I thought the breakfast room was very busy, they were keeping it clean, but I went back to my room to use the Nespresso machine there.

Fantastic quiet room on 3rd floor. Spotlessly clean. Wizard of oz themed. Tea, coffee facilities in wardrobe. Iron and ironing board looked brand new. Perfect position for Borough Market, The Tate Modern, Shakeapeare Globe. Parking at cost on site. Would highly recommend. Free secure left luggage space. Go out and explore and pick up before travelling home. Superb breakfast facilities. If I was a loan traveller I would feel very safe.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The staff are very helpful and kind. The rooms are unique and really comfortable. I stayed in The Phantom of the Opera Suite and loved it! The only thing these rooms don't have are a mini fridge. Beautiful hotel, great staff, and great location.

Unique theatre style hotel. Interesting choice but very comfortable. They run a "guest of the day" lottery to upgrade you to a suite and I got lucky so very comfortable. The amenities are very basic however, couldn't get a shaving kit for example, even when asking at the front desk

It's a cute hotel and very accessible to all forms of transportation. Tower Bridge is a ten minute walk along the water has some amazing views especially at night. The Borough Market is a bustling area with great restaurants even after the market closes at 5pm
