"It’s in a great part of the city, a bit quieter than the centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room size was much smaller than it appears on the photos. There’s little in bathroom amenities even though the bathroom was a good size. The shower door was very noisy and difficult to slide. There was no space to put the jug except on the floor. Just a couple of little changes would make it a much more pleasant stay. Also had trouble with the aircon. The hotel does have its charm. "

They paid little regard to customer service and even could not supply a street map!. It could be a fabulous hotel - the management needs a good 'shake up' and staff should be trained!!"
