Pullman Liverpool
4.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (1000)
"Great location and the public spaces are great. Rooms are beginning to get a little tired, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures and fittings were broken. Staff friendly, although some bar staff don't seem to know what they are doing which is a shame. It's one of my favourite hotel spaces in Liverpool, but at its price point it could be better. Note that the automated email sent through Expedia contains the post code to the hotel not the car park as stipulated. "

"The location was perfect for us and the Hotel delivered everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful, booking taxis etc for us. Even though I have a milk allergy and could not have the scrambled eggs for breakfast, there was enough provided that I could take, so I did not go hungry!! Alternatives to cow milk are provided (Soya). For me it was a joy to see that the hotel has not succumbed to those awful rainfall showers!! They had good, directional showers and the flow was great!
