"Outstanding overall! John was responsive prior to arriving. Check in was easy with a very nice welcome basket. Property was in very clean and in excellent condition. The pictures are representative of the layout, but the property has more space than it appears. Deck is large. Very comfortable for four adults. Location is good for walking or catching busses into all downtown and tourist areas. Local shopping for groceries and supplies is good. Restaurant in building is excellent."

"Great stay in Dublin. 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Centrally located not far from Temple University. Had a great visit. Some noise at night, just use ear plugs. Two cute balconies and full kitchen/living room. Great hotel alternative when you are traveling with teenagers! Loved having the extra space to relax between site-seeing. So happy they had blow dryers! Easy to find and the owner gave very detailed instructions. Highly recommend."

"While the apartment is very basic, it met all our needs and was in a great location to walk to most places in Dublin. It is just around the corner from the Guinness Storehouse and I loved that you could smell the barley roasting as you walked by. The host was waiting for us when we arrived and responded to our messages promptly."

There was an issue with the power company (small underground electrical issue) that caused a power outage. The staff was super communicative and gave us lots of options. "Our stay here was pleasant. The room was clean and staff was extremely polite and helpful. It’s approximately a 30 minute walk to the Trinity College area. Taxi and bus service is readily available here. We got a kick out of being back in a dorm room. Although none of us recalled our dorm rooms being this nice."

"Deceptive location on Expedia. It is blocks away (about 10 minutes walk from Stephens Green) Downstairs bathroom skylights across most of ceiling. The garden level suite is visible to anyone who walks outside next to apartment. "Terrific central location in Temple Bar. Earplugs thoughtfully provided as yes, it did get noisy at times. Very roomy, spacious and comfortable apartment with excellent facilities. Had a couple of minor gripes that needed fixing, but to be fair, these were responded to extremely rapidly and efficiently by the off site management who are available by phone 24/7 and very accommodating. Access is not ideal for anyone with mobility or sight issues, certainly not wheelchair accessible - but then...

May not be suitable for families or female travellers due to the activities happening downstairs (casino and the corner shop, can get a bit rowdy at times). "Fantastic apartment which suited our party of 8 visit to Dublin to celebrate a 60th birthday! Only small criticism would be that there weren’t enough utensils/glassware and plates/mugs for a party of 8, so we ended up having to use glasses as mugs for our morning cuppa !! "

"Good sized studio, well equipped, quiet, comfortable, secure. Oven but no microwave. Lighting very low in the living area. Mattress was saggy and lumpy - needed a new one. Cafe downstairs, open until mid afternoon. Excellent location on the Liffey River, walking distance to just about everywhere within about 15-20 minutes. Cross the Ha'penny Bridge to the Temple area with lots of restaurants and bars. Trams on the block behind, buses out the front. "
