I just felt that the owners could up their game a bit in regards to the price point but these are just details that are not of consequence but just of appearance. (courtyard terrasse could receive more attention). But the essentials, such as the cleanliness, comfort, tranquility, modern bathrooms, were all a 5/5. "

"My wife and I stayed four nights at Zen B&B. It was wonderful. The room is spacious and has a nice terrace to sit out and enjoy the sun or have a cappucino. It is very modern and clean and there is an elevator. It is extremely safe as it requires four keys to get into the building and the room. While it is on a busy main street (Vialle Trastevere), it faces away from the street so you are not subject to the street noise.
