"What a beautiful hotel! The staff was so kind & friendly. My husband & I bought eSIM cards that didn’t work so we didn’t have cell phone service. Umi & Nina were wonderful & called for most of our taxis (aside from the ones when we were already out). On one of the tours we booked we had a miscommunication about the pickup area & Nina helped call our guide & translate-she saved the day! It was a warm, inviting, intimate stay & we are so thankful! Highly recommend. "

"I was visiting Chaing Mai for a month of study, a woman traveling alone. Initially I read reviews for B2 and while they were older mediocre reviews, I didn’t book here. "Hotel is situated in a nook, so it’s quiet, even though the main Street a few feet away comes to life with the night market. But somehow once you’re in the hotel you don’t hear anything. There’s all kinds of shopping (you can find all kinds of souvenirs here, jewelry, purses, clothing, luggage, you name it), restaurants, bars/pubs, massage spas, everything. Staff is very nice, helpful, and pleasant; breakfast buffet was extensive and very good. Perfect location. "
