"Beautiful historical hotel with nicely appointed rooms and comfortable linens. There was no microwave or refrigerator in our room which I neglected to notice when I made the reservation. The room had a balcony and it was lovely to sit outside above the hustle and bustle on the street and enjoy a glass on wine before dinner! It was quiet inside the room; I never heard other guests or traffic outside. The only drawback was that there were no handrails or towel bars in the bathroom. "

"The front lobby staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Nat was going specially welcoming up on my arrival. The breakfast was always hot fresh and variety every morning. I hav a Golden Retriever and I love that the hotel is pet friendly and my therapy dog is relaxed and felt comfortable also. I will stay there again when I make a trip back to Richmond to visit "
