Our flight was delayed several times, and we arrived at the hotel at about 4am. We were incredibly exhausted and they very kindly gave us a late check-out to allow us to rest. It was wonderful, welcoming, and very appreciated. The staff was very nice and gave us a ride to the airport the next day do we could pick up our rental, which we also missed due to the delayed flight. The hotel was comfortable and very conveniently close to the airport. Highly recommend.

Convenient location to Mankin Mansion, where we attended a wedding. Hotel staff were friendly and the Front Desk person kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in. Marriott properties have consistently provided great customer service.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Very nice hotel. The only reason why I didn’t rate this hotel 5 stars because the heat wasn’t working. The temperature in the room stayed between 66 - 69. To turn on the heat, I had to constantly turn the wall thermostat off and on for the heat to cut on and it only worked for a few minutes.

The property was in the perfect location for an early morning flight out of Richmond. The shuttle runs to accommodate most flights, and the shuttle drivers at night (Todd?) and in the early morning (woman who organizes breakfasts) were super friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and well designed, and it was quiet.

There was some construction that made it a bit confusing on how to get into the hotel parking lot, but overall a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helped with whatever we needed. Definitely would recommend.
