I think the guy that checked me in name was Brian. He was absolutely amazing. I flew to Richmond and I called around 11:30 and he was able to provide a room, which I desperately needed a nap. The room was clean and pretty. I will definitely stay here again and of course I would love to have Brian. He was really amazing!
