"Clean apartment with furnishings. Easy to navigate from Centraal station on Tram Line 14 to Artis stop. Friendly and cooperative checkin and during our 2-week stay. Had a slight problem with too much heating in apartment given faulty thermostat. Will return though. "

"The place is as advertised, small and comfy. Very well located although Saturday night the passerby’s were noisy. The biggest downsize was the tiny bathroom with a shower that was difficult to move around in. The toilet is in a separate adjacent room that is a bit unfinished looking. Having said that, bed was comfy."

Quiet neighborhood most of the time (except we did hear some loud voices on Friday night for just a short time as they passed by; but that was only the exception). Host/hostess was very responsive. We would definitely choose this apartment again!"

Some of the apartments and amenities inside are more dated than others, but overall I continue to stay here because the apartments are a good value. "

"This flat has everything you need. We really loved our first time to Amsterdam. Like people said earlier the steps are a good workout! The flat is decorated very cute and the beds are very comfortable. So is the sofa!! It is easily accessible to the trams into the city and walking distance to cafés and grocery stores. It feels a little far from the city, but that also makes it really quiet and there is a lot of parking!! Valcim was really attentive to our needs too. Thank you so much!"

"Communication was exceptional. We had a suitcase that did not arrive with our flight. Came 2 days later. Property manager took care of delivery and also gave us great suggestions for restaurants, etc. Arranged for a taxi for our return to the airport for the flight home. Cozy apartment with everything you need. Clean comfortable beds and bedding. Quiet location on side street but near access to all museums, restaurants and other sites. "A short bus ride from Amsterdam Centraal made this a conveniently located location to stay at. The hotel provides guides for the surrounding area which we should have paid more attention to as they had some very good recommendations for food that was nearby rather than us taking the bus into the city centre."
