"Die Sauberkeit des Ferienhauses ließ zu wünschen übrig, sonst war das Haus schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sprach aber kein deutsch. Wir hatten um einen Late Check out gebeten, dieses war nur für maximal 2 stunden möglich und sollte 35,- € kosten!!! Wir sind daher einen Tag früher abgereist um uns den Stress am frühen Morgen zu ersparen!"

I book the house through homeaway, but actually it is booked with Belvilla also not with de Rijp. The final service is provided by de Rijp not by Belvilla. In my first booking, i reserved 5 adults but can come with 4 adults and 1 child. The operation model between Homeaway, Belvilla, and de Rijp clearly...

"We forgot there wasn’t any kind of AC or fans available in the home, soot was extremely hot after 8am. We kept the windows open all night to cool down as the temperature dropped in the evening. The only bad part about that is that all of the window screens had tears and holes in them so we were accompanied by tons of mosquitoes!! "This was a great halfway location between our family and Amsterdam. Things were clean and tidy. We were there we walked to the golf course next door for great food. Reminder that not all units have toilet paper and towels, so bring your own. It was a great budget facility that was roomy and clean. A short walk to the bus stop."

"Wir hatten zu dritt einen Kurzurlaub mit 2 Übernachtungen gebucht. Umgebung, technische Ausstattung des Hauses, Sauberkeit, Betten....alles eine glatte 1 mit Sternchen ! Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag unsererseits wäre eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Thermoskanne. Nur mit einer Senseo-Maschine 3 kaffeedurstige Urlauber zu versorgen, ist etwas mühsam ;-)"

The hotel provides guides for the surrounding area which we should have paid more attention to as they had some very good recommendations for food that was nearby rather than us taking the bus into the city centre."

There was another gentleman at night who's name has slipped my mind, but he was also very kind and eager to help! My only minor complaint is not having dish soap or cleaner in the room!
