"The hotel was nice. We had an unfortunate experience with checking in. We arrived hours before the 3:00 check in time and were told they couldn’t accommodate an earlier check in for us. We also saw a piece of manicure nail left behind by previous guest on the carpet inside the closet when we checked in.
