"Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."

"FANTASTIC hotel! Great location with easy walking access to multiple metro/subway lines. It was always easy to get a taxi too. Our room was simply lovely -- large, comfortable, clean. The beds & pillows were great. The hotel staff were honestly AMAZING. We pre-paid for breakfast, and were so glad that we did. The buffet was fantastic. Lots of options for different tastes and cuisines, including gluten-free dining. Would definitely stay at this property again."
