"The room was clean but the property needs work. The door to the room was hard to open. "

"We caught the breakfast at the very end and I didnt get sick after finishing off all the eggs, sausage, bacon, and tots. I did think the chicken tenders were going to be hand battered and actual tenders from the what it said on the menu and it was some of the worst tenders Ive had in a very long time. I make all my own hand battered, and if a restaurant doesnt, not impressed. Bar Expert was phenomenal and friendly. All staff was exceptional, besides sick lady that ran us to the airport, pretty sure my son has what she has and is probably going to miss school because of it. Clean hotel, super convenient for airport, pool & jacuzzi was well maintained and refreshing. Still 5 stars from me besides the 2 things mentioned. Thank you and would stay again no doubt."

"Room 207 had an overpowering musty/cigarette smell and the door had a bad dent such that it didn't close all the way. We requested another room and we relocated to Room 101 and within 2 minutes of stepping in I saw a cockrach crawling up the sink wall. In the morning, they denied us breakfast even though we arrived before it was over - they said to grab whatever was still there. There was barely enough cereal to make two bowls for my kids, and when I asked for milk, they said it was gone. I asked if they could bring some out and they said whatever was there is all they had, but I it looked like they never set milk out because the metal milk jug had a lining of water at the bottom, and had there ever been milk, it would have had a lining of milk instead. My kids had to take the two bowls of cereal without milk and I had to go find milk elsewhere. Furthermore, their pool was undergoing "maintenance," and we couldn't get in. Do not stay here if your budget allows for better - their "breakfast and pool included" listing is a scam."
