"I got there to check in at 2:30 and their check in is at 2:00, so coo, the parking lot is empty, I’m here early and I can get a room. I ask for a ground floor because I’m in an arm sling and cannot carry anything with that arm. This place has outside doors so you can literally park 10 feet from your room. That’s what I was hoping for since the place was nearly empty at that time The grump, unfriendly worker/manager/whatever puts me in a room on the ground floor at the far end of the hall. Not ideal for me, but perfectly doable. I make several trips to my car and start to get settled, and I notice the room doesn’t have a refrigerator, as advertised in their booking ad. I go back to the grump and ask about it. I need a refrigerator for food and drinks from several days on the road. He angrily yells, “Then you’ll have to go on the second floor!” Okay, I’m not going to argue with this ahole, fine. So this pos puts me on the second floor, as far from the parking lot as he could. I could have argued, but it was for only one night, I’ll make it work. I didn’t want my car keyed, or water shut off. I recommend not staying with these nasty people that run this hotel. "

"Staff were extremely competent and helpful. We requested a first floor room because of a wheelchair and they accommodated us. Breakfast was good, sausage, scrambled eggs and waffles. The kids liked the cereal. "

"Online pictures are very misleading. Everything is polished online. It looks very nice and clean. Appears to be updated but when you go in person, it’s totally different. The facility is worn out. It looks so depressing very old we found mold in the bathroom. The bedsheets had stains. The headboard of the bed had stains. The furniture were dirty worn out and it looked like it was in the rain for a while so he got rusted also online it says one king bed body shows you two queen beds in the picture and then when you look at the two queen bed option and the only shows one king bed so the whole thing is just overall bad experience. I did message management about the matter and requesting a full refund and not a partial refund because we left the same day we checked in in less than one hour and they never responded back so that shows you what kind of company management you’re dealing with"
