"Dear VRBO Support Team,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience booking through VRBO. From the very beginning, the check-in instructions were unclear and unnecessarily long. After completing check-in, I was only given the address, not the apartment number, which led to confusion.According to the instructions on the app, I followed the address to an apartment that opened for me. Naturally, I assumed this was the correct unit. Before arriving, I had also spoken with your team over the phone but was still not provided with the apartment number.After settling in, my family and I left for dinner. About 15 minutes later, we realized my daughter had left her phone inside, so we returned to retrieve it. At that point, the lock would no longer open. This is when we discovered that we had been given access to the wrong apartment.When I called customer service to explain the situation, instead of receiving assistance, the representative raised his voice and blamed me for entering the wrong unit. This behavior was completely unprofessional. Eventually, I had to get a manager involved, and we were told to leave the property immediately. We had to return from dinner halfway through to collect our belongings because we were informed that our items would not be safe if we didn’t remove them right away.This entire ordeal was stressful, embarrassing, and unacceptable.I have used numerous booking sites over the years, and this is by far the worst."

"Pictures are exactly as the home is. Very accessible to freeway, shopping and grocery store. Nice neighborhood, evenings were quiet. House filled with everything you could need & clean. I am very particular about where I stay and this was amazing. "

"We had the most wonderful stay. Only the two of us so we used the beautiful downstairs bedroom and en-suite. The pool is huge and a perfect temperature. The area is safe, very quiet and residential. All amenities are easy to access along with the Johnson Space Centre, Ellington airfield and museums just around the corner. When staying Wings Over Houston took place we were perfectly positioned by the pool to watch some of the aircraft displays. Tal responded to any questions we had immediately. We would love to book to stay again and thoroughly recommend."
