"It took so long to check in Staff very unfriendly"

"The bedroom was fine, with a nice lake view. But bathroom was very small, not clean, felt like an old one without any recent maintenance. There were no trash bags in the room, and office staff gave one after request."

"Over all, this place was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. Sure, its alittle dated and could use alittle touchups, but it is an older place, so no worries. Property was pretty clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked (Dishes, glasses, etc). Only two small things was- -the toilet was not flushed when we came in -there was a half smoked cig in the shower Otherwise, it was great and I will stay here again."

"The bed was comfortable. Room seemed clean but when we went to use a glass it still had water in it. Even with the paper top on it. Made me second guess the true cleanliness of the room. The shower has soap residue on everything like it had barely been cleaned. We didn’t eat at the restaurants they didn’t really have anything we wanted. We stayed here on our wedding night in 1989 and it was so much nicer then. Now it’s just mediocre. There was a big wedding going on and they took over the whole lobby. The elevators were very slow. Staff was very friendly. "

"Smart hotel, clean room. Great location for a stopover visit to NASA. There are also a few places to eat in walking distance too."
