"It was a special day for me and my date (a surprise for her) for my 51st birthday, and although we arrived roughly 15 minutes before checkin...our room was not close to being ready. We had to wait for a call to let us know when we could go to our room. Although the staff were amazingly nice...they offered an immediate checkin to a room that had lesser amenities and not as nice...without a discount. Again, they ladies were top notch, but I presumed maybe a complementary drink at the bar while we waited or a comped room service drink order once we checked in...and they did ask, but were told no because we were technically early. But, it was over an hour after check in time when we received the call the room was ready. Im not asking for a refund or complaining about the actual stay but, it ruined the moment persay and we felt ...outside of the front desk employees... we were not compensated even with something small...to reconcile the inconvenience. Other equally nice hotels would have offered something to show gratitude. We didn't make a scene and would go back...but I believe the customer service was lacking in that area. Thank you. "Breakfast was 25 a person for typical hotel food that should be complimentary, price is way too high for what your given. Parking is 9 dollars a day. We reserved a room for double beds but were shocked to see they were just barely larger then two twin beds. We assumed they would be two queen size beds since that's been our experience at every hotel we've stayed in, in the past. Furniture was very warn down, cabinet to fridge never closed would swing open constantly. Room was always hot even with windows shut and AC going . No microwave in the room. A very scary safety concern was we went down the stairs and the 2nd floor door was boarded up so u couldn't continue down the stairs. That's a fire safety concern."

"The room was clean. The shower pressure was good & had plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean. One of the front desk people doesn’t speak much English, so we had a really hard time communicating with him. My husband asked two different days for more coffee for the room, and the guy just pointed to the coffee in the lobby and said, “coffee.” The maid service changed our towels daily (even though they were hung & not on the floor), but they didn’t replenish the coffee or make the bed. The elevator smelled awful, so we took the three flights of stairs to the room each time. Overall, it wasn’t a bad place. The price was definitely right!"

"Our stay was good while visiting NASA and the surrounding area. Property is right next to police station which made the area feel secure and there were a good amount of restaurants within walking distance. The drive into downtown was easy and not too far. Only gripe was water pressure was a tad low, but we got over it. I would definately stay here again when in the area or even if I had things to do in downtown."

"The property was accurately listed and located in a great area. I wished communication was better--I had to remind the host to send me check in and check out instructions. Although the host was prompt-ish in their reply, it still took time away from my trip by me constantly having to monitor my phone, which was disappointing. There were cobwebs upon entry, light fixtures blown out, and old dishes in the dishwasher. For a home that is advertised to house over 10 people, there were only a handful of towels and washcloths. Although these issues may seem small, the price of my stay was not and so I expected more. Overall, I feel the host needs to personally visit the property in between reservations. I assume they have a maintenance crew, but sometimes, having the property's owner eye on it, things could be a little more polishedAlthough small, these issue did not need to be present. could help things be a little more polished. Lastly, I suggest having a binder in preparation for visitors listed with directions and dos and don'ts of the property. There were things in place to monitor guests such as noise detection devices, and I feel those funds should be used elsewhere such as sprucing up the property."
