"The staff were amazing and really helped make our stay okay. However, the hotel needs maintenance. We booked three rooms, and one of the room doors did not close at all. The glass door was missing, and the bathroom fan did not work or made a horrible noise. There was no small fridge in the room, which made it very difficult to keep food or drinks. There are no kiosks or supermarkets nearby, so if you want a drink, you are forced to buy it at the reception area. The pool maintenance was poor. The...

"“GLAMPING” is the exact perfect word for this hotel!  You are in the jungle.  This is a few miles out of town on a dirt road, so it does take a bit of extra time and effort to get there.  The “tents” are permanent structure on stilts.  Maybe a bit more like a fancy hut!  You can see the “bones” of the structure from inside, and it felt almost like being inside a huge whale’s rib cage!  Each is a nicely decorated self-contained unit with a very comfy bed, large bathroom, its own water heater,...
