The service here is truly top-tier. The staff goes above and beyond, and it's clear they take immense pride in their work. My room was meticulously cleaned and tidied every single day, and they made sure I always had a fresh supply of bottled water on hand. Plus, they offer a complimentary shuttle to the nearest subway stations, which is a game-changer for getting around. The best part? All of these fantastic services are provided without any expectation of a tip. A huge shout-out to the entire staff—you are all superstars! The service here is a perfect 10 out of 10. And let's not forget about the pool—an Olympic-sized, five-meter deep masterpiece that is simply amazing.""

"This hotel is located in a good area. There are two different subway lines that are very close by. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The hotel felt very safe, and the rooms looked like the pictures. Breakfast was varied, and the pool was a great way to deal with the heat. There was also a small playroom for younger children. Generally, this is a good place for families to stay."

"The Grand Hyatt in Taipei dates back several decades but it has been well maintained and renovated over the years. As a result, it feels quite new and the facilities are modern and in many cases quite beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained (and clean). Their standard King room isn't luxurious, but it's comfortable and well-outfitted. Very close to the 101 Tower and other shopping outlets. Adjacent to convention center. Superb breakfast buffet and various other restaurants as well."

"This hotel was very well kept, clean, and recently refurbished. The staff downstairs were very friendly and helpful. They took care of my postage and delivery of postcards to canada. They provide some snacks and drinks in the room, which are refilled when the room is cleaned. The pool is beautiful and there is always staff on duty as a lifeguard. The sauna doesn't allow you in with clothes, which wasn't my jam. The beds were firm, the air con strong and it was a very pleasant stay. "
