We would specifically mention the hospitality of the staffs and the food at upper deck restaurant. The chefs were amazing and they checked every time our need and taste buds. "Not as clean as expected. Billing experience was terrible. They admitted inaccurate charges and returned 11K in cash, but that took a lot of waiting. Not only one, all three rooms were charged extra knowingly, seems like a regualar practice. "
"I had a nice stay here. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant was nice too and got a bit lively at night. It's located very close to Patnem beach which has just the right amount of liveliness, lounges and restaurants-to-relaxed vibe ratio.

"The accommodation was clean and basic.
Air conditioner was provided. Tea and coffee was provided. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The beach was located within a five minute walk. It was in a good location, with stalls and taxis.
In the advert the accomadation cottage/ hut looked as though the pool was just outside it. The accommodation was separated from the pool location where you had to cross the road to another building with the pool.
The pool water was not clean. Outside the pool area tiles were broken and area needed cleaning. There was no pool bar, just empty and not clean. From the advert it looks as though it is open, clean and very nice.
The restraunt is next to the accommodation which provided breakfast, lunch or dinner and drinks at a separate cost.
It is in a tranquil location compared to the North.

"Stayed here for two nights and it’s a wonderful spot. There are so many restaurant choices nearby for all tastes and meal sizes, and it’s right in the water so your life is simple!
Breakfasts are delicious and the team are all very helpful.
Perhaps sometimes, considering there were children at the hotel, the courtyard garden they would allow guests to play music a bit too late. But that’s the only issue!"
