Highlights: the shower is amazing, the bathroom looks newly renovated and they had an elevator. No real downside other than I thought the bed was too firm but that's personal preference."

Es muss einem aber bewusst sein, dass die in Expedia gebuchten Zimmer sich nicht im Schloss sondern in einem Anbau aus den 90er Jahren befinden. Diese sind mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet worden, haben leider ein ziemlich veraltetes Badezimmer und verfügen auch weder über einen Tresor, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher oder sonst irgendeine Annehmlichkeit. Wenn man ein Zimmer im Schloss haben möchte, muss...
"Ein schöner Park mitten in der Natur. Ideal für Kinder, nur, wenn man 2-3 davon hat wird es
" teuer " egal ob Übernachtung oder Essen ein Park für Kinder sollte nicht zu einem 5 Sternehotel gemacht werden. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft im Park, wäre super, denn nicht alle sind mit dem Auto da. Meine Enkelin hatte sich auf den Streichelzoo gefreut, leider gies den auch nicht mehr. Toll fand ich unser Zimmer , sehr groß, super Betten und eine einmalige Aussicht. "

"Great location! The suite was very comfortable and the hotel was clean and inviting with a very professional and friendly staff! We enjoyed our stay!"
"The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though it would have only taken us one more minute to leave.I was also surprised that parking is charged separately and not included in the price of the stay."

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening.
It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay."
