"My daughter really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was 15 minute walk through a beautiful park to get to old town. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The room was large, clean and quiet. The staff was awesome. The parking was free and next to the hotel. Parking would have been difficult in Old Town. I give it a 5 out of 5 for our needs. "

"Very happy with our stay at Villa Karla. Very spacious, even with 4 of us staying. Comfortable beds, the well equipped kitchen made cooking evening meals a breeze and a nice modern bathroom. Free parking was a bonus and only a 20 minute walk from old town. Lots of supermarkets in the area and a shopping mall a couple of minutes drive away, a great location for a few days in Zadar. Would definitely recommend 👍"

"Very nice hotel, close to Borik hotel complex (with beaches). It is very clean and staff are great. Breakfast is also very good with local specialties. WiFi is not great (same was 4 years ago)."

"Probably our favorite stay during our time in Croatia! A stone's throw away from the beach, and perfect walking distance not only too some great restaurants, but also old town/city center is only 10 minutes maximum! Amazing swimming and beach area in the backyard, along with a couple beach-side bars. We loved it so much, we wound up getting engaged at the imperial fountain just down the beach! Can't recommend this place enough, amazing rooms with spacious bathrooms, great poolbar area and incredible food. Love you Kolovare, see you again soon! <3"
