"A beautiful hotel! We are big on utilizing room service when we travel—excellent food service and quality. We also had a delicious breakfast each morning at Origami. Service was phenomenal. Such a wonderful respite our last two days in Japan. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel was great. Upon arrival the staff was very helpful and provided instructions on how to check in. Room was very clean and plenty of amenities provided. While I did not get to use these services the hotel does offer laundry machines and on-site public bath which you can track availability through your room TV. While the rooms are a bit smaller than most it wasn't an issue as plenty of space is provided to store luggage. The bed was a good size even for taller people so that was a positive. Overall it was a good experience and would stay here again. "
