"The staff was very nice and helpful. If I were rating based on solely them, I would give them 5 stars. They set up our extra bed, helped us bring our bags up, and made sure we did not leave anything behind after our stay. "Laundry sign, but no laundry whatsoever. Just a dirty sink in the driveway. If you sneeze, your neighbor can hear you. Insane amount of noise from street and skytrain. Building actually shakes."
