"We had a fantastic time at the Shangri-La in Bangkok. There were four of us, so we booked an executive suite, which also gave us access to the private lounge. This was really convenient because they had a great selection of food, and the staff were always very hospitable and welcoming. I felt very safe in the hotel."

"We went for five days with the family, good breakfast, complimentary snacks on arrival, location was nice as it was very easy to get to the Iconsiam or other transportations like the BTS. The only weird thing was the AC that was cooling but had an issue with humidity. I didn't report it to the hotel, so not fair from me to criticize, maybe it was an easy fix. It was a good price for a family of 5, so according to that, I recommend it."
