The host was very helpful as we had a few questions. We communicated thru WhatsApp and she was very easy to talk to. We left our firestick at the property and she shipped it back to us for free! "I've stayed at many hostels in Europe, US and Brazil. For my personal experience, this was the best one. It's super cozy, clean, the staff is awesome, the beds are "private" - each one has blackout curtains, light, plugs, and are very confortable. If you pay attention on the smallest details, you notice that they took care of each of them.
