"Props to the staff. From the reception to the kitchen, all of them were absolutely amazing. Kind and friendly. I won't give the details to avoid people asking for it. But there was a miscommunication issue between myself and the hotel. And they handled it perfectly, making sure that my staying and my tour worked the best way possible.
