"Chambre , petit dej et piscine correct par contre Climatisation payante (7€/jour quand même) alors que ce n’était pas indiqué dans l’annonce , pas de shampoing à disposition , wifi peu fonctionnel dans les chambres…sans parler du papier toilette qu’on est obligé de mettre à la poubelle "

"The place was adequate but totally different than how it is portrayed in the pictures. The bed was comfortable but the "kitchen" was anything but and the apartment was dirty. The location was satisfactory as it was across the street from the beach but we didn't even go to that beach, preferring to drive to another one. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and were extremely helpful when our first room flooded due to a clogged drain in the bathroom, which we acknowledged was not their...

"only stayed here for one night, the bathroom taps were leaky - didn't work properly and made a really annoying dripping sound all night. the toilet didn't flush after one usage. the bed was hard as a rock....really bad pillows too. oh and the fridge didn't work either. the place was clean, although really thats the only positive thing i can say. location isn't great either, 30 mins by bus to heraklion. i guess you get what you pay for!"
