"If you want to come to downtown marmaris this is not for you. It’s a dolmus (minibus ) ride to town for 30p or so. However it’s quiet and clean, a nice small pool and getting into town is no issue. There are couple of beach bars, but that’s not us either. If you are visiting friends in Yacht marine or Netsel marina, it’s half way between the two. "

"This property is amazing. It is beautifully designed and well maintained. Our only issue was the shower in our room (we stayed in one of the garden rooms). The water is everywhere in the bathroom cause shower is not well isolated from the rest. It doesn't dry up fast and causes a weird smell in the room. This was the only hickup for this amazing hotel. The area is perfect. and it looks like heaven on earth. The food is to die for. Staff are very kind. Except the design of the shower in garden...

"In my application profile, the smoke-free room is defined as a permanent option. To this day, no hotel I've stayed in has given me a smoking room, I thought it was because of the description I made. When I entered the room, the room was a smoking room, beyond that, as you can see in the photo, the ashtray was not even cleaned, the room smelled of cigarettes. I must say that they are also very poor in bathroom cleaning, it is a hotel that I will never choose again."

"Check in was very late but staff on duty was very helpful even though he was very new and he provided assistance with luggage to room. The water inlet to the toilet was leaking every time the toilet was used, but was fixed swiftly when reported to staff. hotel decor could do with being updated. Turkish breakfast provided was very good but was often left out in the open so flies were always on the food which i found very off putting. i would have found my stay better if a fridge was available...
