"It looks like the business is starting from scratch with this econcierge thing. I think they need experience to find the correct balance. I was there for two days, the only rubbish bin in my room was a very small one in the bathroom. It may work for one night stay but if someone stay few days they may fill up the room with rubbish. Experience should put these new business niggles right."

"This was my first "self service" hotel. It was very clean, even though it's next to the tain station, there is virtually no outside noise. There is a small convience store and a really good restaurant close by and a 20 minute train ride into Bern"

"Zimmer war tip top sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Standort vom Bahnhof her ca. 3 Min. zum laufen und ein Denner wo man vorbei läuft. Wenn man geschäftlich unterwegs ist wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank ideal."
