2 Star Hotels in Pwllheli, Wales

"The room was nice. Due to Covid restrictions, we didn’t see a single member of staff apart from the man in the bar, which wasn’t the kind of hotel bar I expected. No real ale (“because it wasn’t worth doing” according to the barman). No coffee either. We went to our room via a side door, so we didn’t even see the hotel facilities. Only on our way to our property were we informed, by text, that the main form of heating is a log burner - and it was our responsibility to buy logs! The central heating was controlled only by the owner, remotely via an app, so we had no way of turning on, off or up the radiators.
