"Some 5 minutes drive from the historical park, this place is in a scenic location in the middle of nowhere. The wooden bungalows are basic but clean and pretty well equipped, including air conditioning, (Thai only) TV, and decent internet connectivity. The owners speak very little english, but they are lovely! Drinking water and a nice breakfast are included for free, even if that wasn't mentioned when I booked, so it came as a pleasant surprise. "Stayed in their dorm for 3 nights. Bed was super comfortable. Housekeeping was provided daily. Staff was very attentive. Pool was great during those blistering hot hours of the day. Must try the lychee lemonade at their restaurant! So good! Property was about a 15-18 minute walk from Sukhothai Historical Park and the bus stop is approximately a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again."

"the hotel isn't open and when I arrived, the woman told me it's closed due to covid, which I totally understand. Unfortunately, as she promised a refund, nothing happened and despite contacting Hotels.com who promised to take care of the matter, nothing happened and nobody get back to me with a solution. for now, I paid 2 nights (non refundable on the website) for a place I didn't even see the door of."

"Really great budget hotel! No frills, but safe, clean, quiet, comfortable room with efficient AC. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic in terms of when you arrive and depart from Sukhothai via bus - it’s right next to the bus station! About 15 min ride to Historical Park / Old Sukhothai, so keep this in mind in terms of transport costs. Couple good cheap food stalls right nearby, same with snacks/drinks/sundries. Not much going on in the immediate area, so perfect if you...

"Pros: - great location near night market - good breakfast available - comfortable bed Cons: - owner tried to "share" the refund I was due after having to change rooms (he eventually backed down, but I felt he was trying to take advantage of a solo female) - hotel doesn't seem to receive any "special requests" made when booking"

"Ok stay, smiley staff. Free bicycle hire- you need this as it is a significant way out from sukothai New. Lonely planet clearly was over generous in their review. Felt like a building site which wasn’t finished for opening to the public. Deserted- no one else staying there but they didn’t offer me another room. Not enough light in the rooms. Didn’t clean bins in my room or the shared bathroom. This led to ants."

"property is very old, wooden cabins and not maintained. location is off main road, if you are walking late in night dogs can bite you. he has bike on rentals and took took too. which is good. "

"It's not a guesthouse, it's a property with a garden (which they use as a reception) and a couple of rooms. Bed is not comfortable, it's hard as a wood table with a linen on it. It's not clean."
