Last year I booked 3 nights here but unfortunately for me I had to leave after only 1 night and because I had used a 3rd party booking site they couldn't refund my money. But this year Michael remembered me from last years situation and upgraded my room for free trying very hard to make up some of the money I lost last year. Now that's real old fashioned customer service. I can't thank him enough for the kindness he showed me."
