This hotel has the best location - right across from Yuyuan gate, a minute walk to Yuyuan subway station line 14 and line 10, a short walk to the bund! Free breakfast (traditional Chinese and Western), free laundry, free water bottles! Rooms are kept clean and the cleaning staff is super nice. There are so many great things to say about this place!

Excellent location next to metro and walking distance to prime areas. Room was very comfortable and spacious, water bottles provided in room everyday, good aircon, breakfast was good with variety of western and Asian. Also had free diy laundry with both washer and dryer availability and free detergent. I would definitely book again when visiting Shanghai again.

I liked the location, which was very convenient to many sites we wanted to visit. I also liked their breakfast and their free laundry facilities. What I didn’t like and found confusing was there were no drawers in the room to store your clothing. We got around that by living out of our suitcase, but more drawers and hooks would’ve been nice.
