"The address sent to us after booking and the address on the website is wrong! No one answers the phone.
We arrived at 10 pm and were lost for a few hours. We met by chance a man in the street after midnight, who directed us and told us that we made a bad choice.
After a 25 minutes drive, we had to pass through a police gate to get to the facility, and drive for another 10 minutes.
It was dark and not a single person in the lobby. After 30 minutes of attempts, we had to leave and book another...

"We had a nice stay for one night and breakfast was nice. Our hostess was very good. The only problem was the area nothing open to get a meal. Very quiet area with not much to do, okay just for overnight. Make sure you have food with you if arriving in the evening especially September."

"When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my reservation had not been made and that I would have to pay again. The front desk employee spent most of the time on a WhatsApp video call and did not give me the attention I deserved as a guest. It was already 9:00 p.m., and they still could not locate my reservation.
The way the situation was handled was very unpleasant, especially being asked to pay again for something I had already paid for. I even had to show proof of payment from my bank,...

10/10 Excellent
My wife and I drove to town for a day not knowing much about what was all there, just mainly looking to go to the Alcazar. Picked this hotel because of the price and the reviews. Everything was just as described. Very nice place just of the road we drove in on. Off-street free public parking was very close. Check-in was easy. The gentleman spoke English was extremely helpful in helping us navigate the sites around town. He definitely got us to places we would have never found on our own. ...
