If you don’t mind the metro (which is so easy you should give it a go) you can get anywhere from this hotel. Next to a supermarket and the staff were so nice!

Perfect location, extremely nice and helpful staff, beautiful and clean rooms. I would recommend, and I would go again.

If you're travelling on a budget I would recommend this accommodation. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, though the room was very small - just enough room for a single bed and very small bedside table ... but it did have a TV. The shared bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, though the shower cubicle is very small. As a lone traveller I felt safe there (5th floor and plenty of locked doors). My only gripe with the room was that it had no window to the outside - there was a 'window' which opened to the stairwell/lift and there was a lot of noise from this area until quite late at night. The location is good - a 5-10 minute walk to Gran Via, about 20 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor - with quite a few places to eat and small shops for snacks and beverages close by. Staff were friendly, though I didn't really require their services as only there for a few days.

Hotel Regina offered a delicious breakfast. There’s also a great restaurant next door. The staff helped us with dining suggestions and transportation arrangements.
