We arrived at 10 PM, and the taxi dropped us at the main lobby—only to find out our room was on the opposite side of the road. With no help and our taxi already gone, we had to carry our luggage across the street. At check-in, we were given a smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. We immediately called reception...
