"Once we were settled into our apartment we found this an excellent base for exploring the Stubai Valley as well as Innsbruck and its surroundings. It should be noted that the TV was not operational. I found Belvilla very difficult to communicate with and only at the last minute was told our reservation had not been confirmed or paid for. Upon reaching out to VRBO they confirmed that we had paid and made sure we received our check in instructions. In the future I would not rent a property that had Belvilla involved. One other note, our hostess was very nice but only spoke German despite the listing having specified several languages spoken. Despite all of that we had a very nice stay. "

"Wow, why why why did I book only one night here? Everything was so good. All rooms - everything - is completely new, spacious, clean, and the owners are so nice! We arrived after a very long day and were worried we would not find a restaurant. We discovered that out of 3 restaurants in Neder - one, and a very good one i might say, is INSIDE the hotel! Elva has a restaurant as part of the premises. I ordered Wiener schnitzel, my son Goulash, was perfect. The red wine we were recommended was also very good. Rooms are very equipped, nice terrace to watch the view and chill, and everything is spotless. Also price was cheap IMO relative to value. We will be back next year! "
