I ended up having to stay awake all night to ensure my kids safety. A blind fell on my eldest son because the bracket was crooked. "The apartment was perfectly located for restaurants and The Adelaide Botanic Garden. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and parking was nearby. Communication was excellent and they even allowed us to check in early. "

"This is a comfortable hotel but the check in process is ridiculous. It required the guest to take a photo of themselves holding an ID and a receipt for accommodation. Also had to pay for parking ($15 x 4 = $60) that was clearly listed as ‘free’ on Hotels.com. Communication was difficult and no acknowledgement of the parking issue. Won’t recommend or stay here again"
