"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...

"O atendimento de todos os colaboradores é espetacular! Solícitos e gentis. Cafe da manhã muito bom! Oferecem fazer tapioca, omelete. Cama nova, firme e muito boa. Chuveiro a gas bem forte. Instalações novas e bem cuidadas. O único ponto negativo é a estrutura do prédio. Padedes e laje finas. Escutei banho, tubulação, espirros e conversas de hospedes do quarto ao lado e de cima."
