The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower in the dark. Overall a 3.8/5.

Minha estadia no hotel foi muito boa. O atendimento foi excelente, os funcionários sempre muito atenciosos. A limpeza do quarto e das áreas comuns estava impecável, o que tornou tudo bem confortável. O restaurante também merece elogios: a comida estava saborosa, variedade suficiente, bom horário e equipe simpática. O único ponto que deixou a desejar foi a TV do quarto nenhum app como Netflix ou outros funcionavam, o que é ruim quando se quer descansar assistindo algo. No geral, recomendo o hotel pelos funcionários, limpeza e restaurante vale muito. Se arrumarem essa questão da TV, será uma experiência ainda melhor.

Hotel Massagaçu Caraguátatuba Complicado

Razoável, pontos positivo: cama confortável, tv a cabo ok, ar condicionado muito bom, toalhas excelentes. Pontos negativos: limpeza do quarto, não trocam os lençóis depois de 3 noites, elevadores sujos, carrinho de mala sujos, atendimento do restaurante péssimo, nem pensem em jantar lá, fujam do jantar, interfone no quarto desligado, na calçada do hotel tinham fezes lá a mais de 5 dias, parece que eles nem tão aí se alguém passar nas fezes da calçada e entrar no hotel absurdo e extremamente desagradável. Eles passam querosene no piso na borda da piscina, terrível o cheiro e o óleo que se esparrama nos pés e calçados nunca vi tanta tonteirice, acho que não querem que ninguém use as piscinas, piscina sem aquecimento. Fica com um monte de funcionários na recepção mas ninguém te ajuda nem pra abrir a porta...aiaiai nunca mais coloco meus pés neste hotel....
