"We had a really good stay at El Pekinaire. Great location just a few minutes walk from the beach or restaurants. The room was very clean and modern, with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and staff friendly and helpful. We used the parking option which was good value compared to the on street parking and kept our hire car safe inside. "

"I travelled to take part in Ironman Barcelona. This place is in a perfect location, start line is almost just across the road. Rooms are spacious and bright. Staff are very friendly. And the roof terrace is a nice place to chill by the pool."

"We’ve been in the hotel for a second time. Different room this time. We had a balcony which was nice. For a nonsmokers it might be a problem as many people smoke on balconies. Staff very friendly, kind and approachable. Big variety of food for both breakfast and dinner. Hotel is located 500 metres from a train station and a beach. We’re very happy. "

"The Hotel is on a nice commuter town on the outskits of Barcelona. While its easy to get the train into the center or airporr during the week, their are no direct train at the weekend and a Taxi costs €75-80. Rooms were comftable but no fridge/drinking water or tea/coffee making facilities in room."

"If you come to the Lunas Yoga and Spa resort for some, as they say “slow travel” you might find that you will leave with your chakra’s so far misaligned they now resemble the pebble ash tray they say is the local beach. On arrival expectations were high as we thought after two weeks on the road through Europe this would be our opportunity to relax and reset before the last leg of or trip. Instead we found that we would not be staying in the ‘yoga and spa’ hotel as we thought but in fact the 3*...

"Firstly, the rooms have not sound proof. We could hear everything from the room next door, conversation, using the toilet and shower, being played which was not even loud, people coming and going banging doors all the time. Even got woken by someone being sick, in the night. No kettles or fridges in rooms. (may be an oversite on my part for not noting when I booked). We go to Calella every year same time, certainly won't be booking this hotel again."
