"Lovely hotel in a quiet area few minutes walk from the centre and the beach. Amazing food and lovely staff, the hotel is run really well. The rooms are quite basic but the mattress are very comfortable and the water pressure is great. Drinks and food at the hotel is nicely priced. There's a free car park 10 minutes walk away which was great as parking is not easy around the hotel. You have to pay to use the safe and have a fridge no kettle in the room. We'll be back soon...Great holiday!!!"

"The hotel is bang in the middle of the town However once you enter it is very tranquil cool and modern Rooms are not massive but adequate wardrobe space again fine for a few days I personally would struggle for 8 to 10 days We requested a room over pool and was great very quite Breakfast was of exceptional quality and beautiful The pools on the roof were so nice with the lovely dipping pools loads of sun beds and shade It gave you a lovely feeling and it was nice seeing all the mountains and greenery We were so surprised on the location yes if you turn left it’s full of nightlife but turn right out of the hotel and you are blessed with a lovely prom with lovely restaurants lots of lovely side streets with little eating places we had a super time honestly give it a go The hotel and staff are fab"

"We spent 8 nights here on the half-board package (room, breakfast, and dinner), and it was a really nice family stay. The hotel is huge but clean, with two pools; a quiet one for just relaxing and a lively main one with water games, competitions, and an Aqua Park with slides for both kids and adults. The rooms are clean everyday and you can leave your towels on the floor if you want them changed. We were lucky that our room was on the 8th floor with a full pool, beach, and mountain view, which looked incredible at night. There’s so much to do here: a playground, tennis, football and basketball courts, yoga classes, kids’ shows, and live performances at night. One thing to plan around is the pool bed situation; people start reserving spots by 8am at the main pool, so if you’re not out early you’ll struggle to find one, and the entrance to the quiet pool doesn’t even open until 9am. The buffet food was decent; we liked the fresh omelettes and sunny side up eggs in the morning, plus the warm and cold veggies, cheeses, and cold cuts, though the desserts weren’t really our thing. Tap and sparkling water are included with meals, but pops and wine are extra. A few small downsides: with only 3 main elevators for a hotel this size, one broke down for a couple of days during our stay and it made getting up to the higher floors a real hassle. Also, if you’re flying in without a beach umbrella, it would be nice if the hotel rented those the same as towels (€10 deposit)."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

"Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good. Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted. Spa was excellent and a must visit if staying here."
